Summary: Grace Kelly portrays socialite Tracy Lord who is preparing for her second marriage to the sternly responsible George Kittredge (John Lund) when jazz musician and ex-hubby ‘Dex’ (Crosby) arrives and still carries a torch for his ex-wife. Trouble ensues when reporters Mike Connor (Sinatra) and and Liz Imbrie (Holm) arrive to cover the wedding for ‘Spy’ Magazine. Featuring a stunning Cole porter score and memorable performances (and social play-by-plas) by Louis Armstrong.
